Spizzuliu runs this site for Sicilian catering, cooking classes and pop-ups in Copenhagen. This page explains what personal data we collect and why. We keep it short on purpose.
Who is responsible
Spizzuliu is the data controller. Write to us at contact@spizzuliu.dk. We do not yet have a Danish CVR number; when we do, it will appear in the site footer.
What we collect
If you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive what you send us, for example:
- name, email address and optional phone number
- topic, date, number of guests, type of event and your message
The form is protected with a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a hidden honeypot field. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry and to plan catering, a class or a pop-up with you. The legal basis is that you contacted us and we need the information to answer (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), and where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in answering requests, art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it goes
Form submissions and mail to contact@spizzuliu.dk go to Spizzuliu. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also sends the form email and runs the spam check; Cloudflare may process technical data needed for that under their role as our processor. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on the event. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. Server logs and security checks are kept only briefly for operation and abuse prevention.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to our processing where the law allows. Write to contact@spizzuliu.dk. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, tracking cookies or marketing pixels. Cloudflare may still see technical request data needed to host the site and run the spam check.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
